RTI's Lifeline Program

RTI offers Lifeline and Link-Up Assistance programs that provide non-telephone residents access to basic phone services.

Residents who otherwise cannot afford telephone service can receive discounts on basic service and a  fee reduction on installation charges. These programs help the low-income and elderly stay connected to emergency services and community resources.
